Delivery & Shipment

Our delivery
Qoss does its utmost to deliver all ordered items within 4-6 working days. However, for this we are dependent on the delivery and courier services used. Qoss can never be held liable for the consequences of exceeding such a period and is never obliged to compensate for any form of (consequential) damage.

Made especially for you
Products that you buy in our webshop are customised especially for you. We do this according to the specifications you enter, such as size and colour. Please make sure that these details are correct.

Handmade jewellery
Due to the handcraft, there may be a slight difference between the photo and your item of Qoss. Has something gone wrong on our end? Read more about what to do here.

Shipping
We generally send the packages with PostNL or DPD. You can find the costs in the table below. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive an email from the carrier with the track and trace data, so you can follow your order, these usually fit through the mailbox.

Delivery schedule:

We always aim to prepare orders on the same day and dispatch them the following day. Due to high demand, this may sometimes be a day later.
