Don't know your wrist size? Use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your wrist so you can choose the right size. Ensure the measuring tape fits snugly, but not too tightly, around the wrist. The bracelet will run approximately 1 centimeter larger so that it fits nicely around the wrist.
